"I have a humongous genuine smile," says Young, letting us in on the secret of his popularity. Even though he's only worked at the Barrington Street location of Just Us! for less than a year, his customers have taken to him very quickly and with stalwart support. "That's what I thought," he says. His favourite part of the job is the exquisite art of making a cappuccino. "It's the finite technicalities, the little things that have to be perfect."
