She was our darling first, but still it's nice to see Halifax singer-songwriter Jenn Grant getting major coverage here in the Globe. The print version of Canada's national paper put her on the front page of the arts section. The photo isn't as nice as Scott Munn's April 26 Coast cover, nor is Robert Everett Green's article as good as Tara Thorne's feature. And of course the Globe doesn't have an awesome JG Pop In Session. But journalistic sniping aside, it really is nice to see our local star making good.
