Bargain hunters, rejoice: the Bayers Lake Value Village location (209 Chain Lake Drive) expansion is coming soon. Signing a lease down the road (165 Chain Lake Drive, which also happens to be the former Ashley Furniture) means way more space (we’re talking double the sales floor) for all those ironic t-shirts and vintage coats. This also means that there’ll be a little down time in your thrift shopping schedule. The current Value Village will close February 27, make the move and re-open in on March 14. So you should probably wait until then to don you Batman onesie, push your friends around in a shopping car and re-enact those Macklemore scenes. OR if you want to get extra thrifty, there'll be a moving sale (yes, second-hand stores have sales) and everything in store will be 50 percent off from February 25 to 27.
