Victor and Sybil Fineberg's Old World Delicatessen opened its doors at 2389 Agricola Street this morning at 9, and will serve breakfast, lunch and dinner Tuesday through Sunday, 9am to 7:30pm. Hali Deli's "All the Time Breakfast" will have you stumped with 10 options that include Corned Beef Hash, Sybil's Lox Shmear Platter and a deadly sounding Mish Mash Hash.
