“The restaurant was closed all day yesterday [August 9] for filming,” says Liz Cunningham, owner. The episode will feature three of the restaurant’s best dishes: a quiche with potato crust, a scallop and shrimp dish and one of their brunch items called croquet madam, which is ham, swiss and gruyere cheese topped with a fried egg on a Belgian waffle.
The film crew is still filming, but the restaurant will be open to the public so Catucci can interview customers.
