Pro Skates (6451 Quinpool Road, 429-6788) is ready for the snow. The business is partnering with Burton Snowboards and hosting a party Saturday August 13 to launch the new Burton product line. The party happens 10am–6pm with tons of giveaways, BBQ and beverages, best trick skate jam, etc.

The first 13 people to spend over $200 on Burton gear receive a gift bag with over $200 worth of merch, including a pair of Anon goggles, a Martock lift pass, a Winter Storm Warning t-shirt and much much more. One lucky customer gets a $1,000 Burton shopping spree. You just have to find the "Platinum Ticket" in the store.
