Lane closures on the Cogswell Interchange

Remarks: On February 1 the city sent out a press release announcing “temporary” lane closures on the Cogswell so that some engineering studies could be performed on the 40-year-old structure. But, perhaps reflecting a political desire to tear the thing down, the studies were “inconclusive,” and so now some super-duper “core testing” is being done. Here’s hoping the new tests prove the thing’s a corroded piece of junk, so we can get on with its demolition.
