There is an Email that asks if anyone has had a problem with a Dartmouth Police constable - Cst. Charles Bruce and if you reply, directs you to this paper. Cst. Bruce is a friend and a dedicated police officer. He is very proactive and enforces the laws ans statutes of our community. If a member of your readership or staff had a problem with him, I suggest this person wes speeding or going through a red light. He has little tolerance for people who drive outside of the 'norm'. I can't comment on this person's rant, except to say, Cst. Bruce is a first rate police officer and person.
