Shoptalk has learned that local design company Breakhouse (1096 Marginal Road, 431-3102) has landed a deal to create a chain of retail outlets for Wind Mobile, a new brand of wireless to be introduced in 2010---including in Atlantic Canada---by Toronto-based Globalive. In operation since 1999, Breakhouse is run by Glen McMinn and Peter Wuensch and has designed retail spaces for national corporate clients such as Bell Canada as well as locations for local lights Cucina Moderna, FRED. beauty food art. and Jane's on the Common.
