Industry vets Terry Vassallo and Simone Mombourquette (think Trattoria Della Nonna or Cafe Chianti) do it their way on Spring Garden Road, serving local and seasonal focussed food (with lots of Italian influence) to the table. Aiming to have a vibe like little osterias, enotecas and trattorias they've fallen for in Italy, the pair serve up Italian brunch and approachable (in price and design) dishes.
