It look a couple years to get the burger and fries just right, but one unsung burger in town is from Brussels. Main characteristics are smoked gouda, aioli and caramelized onion. Great stuff, definitely in my top 10 burgers. P.S. Why did I keep going back like an idiot? I work around the corner.
