It was last year around this point in the season that Coasters Stephanie Johns, Tara Thorne and Allison Saunders took their "walk down Quality Street to dissect the residents of the holiday season’s most iconic coffee table treat." The story they wrote, "The original tin," became a foil-wrapped flashpoint for debate. This year, our NSCC intern Noah Widmeyer decided to fan the flames by doing a video adaptation, which you should watch below. On a scientific side note, Noah discovered that The Coast office's taste in Quality Street has changed: In 2016, Coconut Eclair was the last candy chosen from the office's QS tin; in 2017, Toffee Penny took the booby prize. Hazelnut Triangle was still the most beloved. Obviously.
