“I didn’t like being knocked from number one,” laughs Marco DiQuinzio, who’s back on top after a year in silver standings. The light and hilarious DiQuinzio, recognized from his Bruce MacKinnon-drawn caricature and known as “the friendly agent,” says a good relationship with your agent is the most important thing when buying a house. “Whether they hire me or not, find an agent that you trust and the rest will fall into place. So many people are so worried about making a bad decision that they’ll say no to a good decision.”
