Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time

Nintendo 3DS, Wii (Ubisoft)

BWAAAAH!: Get used to it, you’ll be hearing it a lot if you decide to pick up this platformer/party game. Five years after the original Rayman’s Raving Rabbids, the crazy bunnies are at it again using slapstick humour and time-travelling (via washing machine) hijinks to get into some major trouble. The game is split up into platforming, shooting and other mini-game sections, none of which are executed well. There are a few moments of fun, especially when played with other people, but Wii really doesn’t need another mini-game compilation. The graphics are dull, considering all of the different locations, including scenes on the Titanic...which apparently the Rabbids sunk. (Too soon?) Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time tries to be an action-adventure game as well as a four-player party game simultaneously. All I can say is, “BWAAAAH!”
