Owner Sean Gallagher is on the vanguard of Halifax’s local food movement, bringing in Nova Scotian grown produce to sell at his deli market Local Source and to his catering business, which predates the deli. Expect a selection of the freshest, greenest (in all the meanings of that word) items for your wedding banquet, whether you want finger-food or a four course wine dinner, all made fresh in their kitchen and bakery from scratch.
