This marks year four of Spring Garden-area’s Sweet Pea nabbing the crown for Best Women’s Clothing Store and it’s not hard to see why voters keep flocking back to the frock-focused shop: Business owner Johanna Galipeau can be found within the charming space almost daily, unpacking new arrivals, steaming creases out of crinoline and helping shoppers find the perfect look for big occasions and the everyday.
