In the last year the popular downtown grocery market has added a few new features to keep the customers happy, including a supplements and vitamin section and a delightful fudge and gourmet cakes counter. “In my department we’re focusing on organic products,” says grocery manager Kirsty Birrell. “Specialty items for diets, gluten-free, a lot of local stuff.
