I laughed so hard at your add for a Sales Manager. Required - 5 years improving sales (preferably in a large chain retail environment); Required - Bachelor degree; Required experience - 5 years in management AND sales management; Required - driver's license and own vehicle; Position is full time and you work 7 days a week (usually 11am-6pm but hours subject to change) ...offering $14.00 per hour ... Genuinely sir or madam owner, I hope you find the sucker you're looking for to take on that gig but just based on your employment posting I'll be making sure NEVER to shop at your store. —And I haven't even started listing off some of the grandiose duties listed
