Micro-managing destroys creative freedom
So you give me a number of tasks and say to go with it and be creative. But when I come up with (awesome) ideas and start to implement them you shut me down at the last second, pick everything to pieces while you didn't even bother to come into the office, and use your own (boring) ones. Thanks for wasting my time. —Just Do It Yourself
