Whole new kind of low....
Two parents abandon their 14-month old baby in a stroller in a parking lot by itself? That's some amazingly horrible parenting.
What's going on up there in Cape Breton? In my opinion, I hope Child Services removes the child from these people... the child deserves a better life. —Responsible_Parent
