okay. so i hear on the news the other nite about how a lady had an accident with her truck and went off road, was knocked unconscious, and, when she came to, realized that one of her two dogs had escaped the vehicle. now it's missing, and could die from exposure!! when will people learn to use pet carriers? i see people drive by with their dogs in their laps or hanging their head out the window. try to envision these pets as if they were kids... what a horrifying thought, right? kids get strapped in - so, too, should animals be contained and protected. they can be severely injured, killed or lost in accidents.

has anyone heard if the dog has been found? poor baby!
