To the woman who did not tell her friend to shut the hell up while in line for coffee at the SUB on Friday: Grow a spine. As for the ignorant/immature person with her: Shut up and change your attitude. If I ever hear someone berating service-industry employees like that again, I’ll lose my head. Next time you think it will help to vent your frustrations about people who do nothing but serve coffee to your self-centered ass all day long...think twice, you never know who can overhear you. Finally, thanks to the girl who did shut you up.
