There are always special events going on at Fid (1569 Dresden Row, 422-9162) and this week’s no different. This coming Monday (March 28) is another edition of their supper club, where you’ll be invited into the kitchen with owners/chef Dennis Johnson and maitre’d Monica Bauché and learn how to make a few key dishes. This week it’s local goat cheese with caramelized jonagold apples, seared atlantic halibut and seasonal vegetables and poached pear tart. To book a seat at a table and place in the kitchen, it’s $95 per person, with HST, gratuity and drinks extra. Give them a call for reservations.
