Ooo-ee, there’s some competition for this plaque. The distance between the winner and the two runners-up was a handful of votes, but The Chickenburger takes it again by a beak. What more is there to say about the classic diner, 70 years old in 2010 and providing great food to Bedfordites for generations? Maybe we should remind people on the peninsula that soon they won’t have to go all the way up north for those amazing onion rings and burgers since there’s a new location of The Chickenburger opening right downtown.
