While I understand that you prefer to use your time at the gym as an opportunity to gossip and that you are there to do the MINIMUM amount of work in the MAXIMUM amount of time, some of us (probably most of us) aren’t.
Just because it takes you 30+ minutes to do three or four sets doesn’t mean you own the equipment.
So, next time you decide to shoot dirty looks at people who ask about using the equipment while you gossip with your friend (10 minutes), adjust your iPod (five minutes) and stand around and look stupid (three minutes) I will be more than happy to tell you to go fuck yourself—or better yet, just start using the equipment anyway and pretend you don’t exist. —Has Somewhere to be in 26 Minutes
