  1. Actually, OB, you are doing it wrong. Vehicles not in the roundabout must yield to vehicles already in the roundabout.

    If you are entering the roundabout at a faster rate than the vehicles in it, then you are not yielding, therefore you are breaking the law.

    look it up! It is not that hard to google ‘rules of a traffic circle in NS’

  2. Consider the rotary as an atom that has 3 electron shells…the inner shell has electrons (cars) moving slow, the next shell or lane the speed has to increase as the distance is greater and when you reach the third shell or lane, the speed is even greater.
