A CAUSE-EFFECT RELATIONSHIP
He universally claims that he is paramount in managing apartments and condos BECAUSE he compromises on the heating and leaves the tenants and condo owners in the cold in winter. That is what it MEANS to be paramount in managing apartments and condos. You must study basic logic.
