Being married to a smoker, I do understand your need for a ciggie, but chain smoking in front of the school, is simply not right.

You cannot continue to hide behind your union or your little bus riding posse any more. Good luck on using your intimidation tactics for me anymore – I am not stopping until things are set right. Thanks for calling the cops when I told you off – taking pictures of you is not illegal, yet smoking in the wrong areas is. The news is going to be taping your ugly ass soon, so good luck having your union save you then! —Not putting up with your smokey bullshit anymore

  1. oh how lovely… another smoking bitch…

where in front exactly? the sidewalk?
because I think that would be ok.
not ideal… but then again, smoking anywhere isn’t ideal to some of the anit-smoking nazi’s on here….

  2. yea all the kids are going to get lung cancer and die just like that blah blah blah give it up already

  3. He told you off because he probably didn’t appreciate having his photo taken and you freaked out when asked not to do it. Where exactly is the driver having his cigarette that gets you all upset. I bet it’s on public property and in that case you have zero say in the matter. Suck it up Princess!

  4. So does the bus driver go up to the crowd of kids in the playground and blow smoke in their faces?

Lady, you’re already married to a smoker — your spouse is already setting a bad example for your kid, so the jig is up.

Why don’t you mind your own fucking business? I doubt the city is going to fire a bus driver because they’re smoking on public property, because I HIGHLY doubt this guy’s hanging out on school property, smoking a cigarette.

Maybe you should take care of your own shit and set a good example for your kid(s) at HOME before you insist the general public does the same. Newsflash: the world, generally, doesn’t give a shit about your kids.

  5. Chain smoking in front of a school. Doesn’t he realize that’s an activity that could kill him – by random gunfire.

  6. I hate smoking as well but I gotta say lady (I assume you’re a woman because this seems like something a woman would flip out about. I am a woman as well so I can say that without feeling guilty :D) you’re making a huge deal out of nothing!! Yet another mom who goes ape shit over her precious little golden child who probably isn’t affected by this whatsoever.

  7. As “The Onion” put it , oh so well:
-Amateur Astronomer Discovers Center of the Universe; “It’s My Precious Little Child”

  8. and how many kids are there, smoking what again? methinnks you should find a more interesting hobby, than being a snot nosed bitch. try being roadkill, or something equally useful.

  9. Certainly is You Tubeworthy.

The two bitches I hate the most are ones about smoking and dog shit. I wish to fuck that the Smoke Gestapo would be gifted with a flaming bag of dogshit and Aquavelvet samples – the Dog Shit Shifters should be forced to roll their deposits in wax paper and smoke it.

  10. You lost me at “being married to a smoker” I guess someone should take pictures of you and maybe call child services or something. I bet your child is effected more by the smoking going on at home than from someone who is not smoking near them.

I’m not a smaoker…never even tried it and never will I also wouldn’t date a smoker, those are MY choices. YOU chose to be with a smoker so you just lost all your credibility telling others where and when they can smoke.

It starts at home. You and your spouse are setting the bad example to your kids, not some stranger.

  11. thank you colonel, lifey and ttfn…gold stars for all. rawk… and i am out for the next hour or so

  12. I think taking his picture was pathetic and totally uncalled for. As if her were standing there shooting up! Why not just go up to the guy and politely tell him what you think. Although I make sure I don’t smoke around mine or anyone else’s children, it isn’t illegal afterall! I think it’s really passive aggressive that you take his picture. I know I’d tell you where to go. No stranger takes my picture without permission!

  13. When I first saw high school kids standing around school smoking with their teacher, I was pretty shocked. But then this is Canada, land glorious and free, or something like that.

  14. I’m probably one of the more anti-smoking regulars on here but even I think your bitch is moronic.

  15. OP… a Union does not condone its members breaking the law.
I’ve been a member of several & in the Constitution of the locals I was a member with, or am now affiliated with it states we will not knowingly break the law. So if the Driver was smoking in a non designated area, you just might have a case . Unfortunately for you, THat doesn’t mean he will be kicked out of the Union & then lose his job.

You see, there is still a small shred of common sense in most Union Boards as well as in the Courts. You can’t just take a man’s livelyhood away from him & the support that gives his family for something as minor as smoking in a nondesignated area. Maybe if he was smoking there & selling Untaxed tobacco products to the underage students (actually if its untaxed tobacco, he’d be in the shit even if they were old enough). Otherwise something called progressive discipline would probably be used.
That is of course if you are right & not just another Nonsmoking Nazi, trying to make issue where there is none.
Not that I’m attempting to change you from your present affiliation, I’m sure your brownshirt get togethers are what you live for. Seig Heil !

  16. I love this! If you complain to Metro Transit about their drivers smoking, they will shrug you off. I witnessed one smoking inside the bus. The bus was out of service, but still, the rule applies of no smoking in the bus. Metro Transit denied the accusation. Start taking photos of the driver and the bus and forward them onto Metro Transit. If they don’t do anything, send them along to the Chronicle Herald, ATV, etc. Would make for a nice story…..”Public transit, Unfit air”

  17. Hey More

Metro transit does allow their member to break the law… everytime you see a driver smoking at a terminal.

I do think the original bitch is silly considering her kid lives with a smoker.

  18. Actually thats not the union allowing the law to be broken, transit management deals with discipline matters first, then the union gets involved only if their member wishes to grieve it. So place the blame where is belongs – Metro Transit management – when it concerns drivers smoking at terminals.
