One thing that really pisses me off is these people who have this little dogs, (shih-tzu’s, yorkies, etc) that feel that the “NO PETS” rule does not apply to them. I can’t believe how many establishments I have been in that do not allow pets(other than seeing eye dogs) and what do I see but these self riteous idiots carting around their little dog in their arms. I have seen this in malls, video stores, even restaurants. And the funny thing is, no one says anything, not even the employees! I don’t understand why the no pets allowed rule only applies to large dogs. A dog is still a dog, no matter what the size. It still has four legs, barks, shits and sheds, it’s a dog, leave it home or in the damn car. If I brought my big yellow lab into a restaurant or store, boy, would I hear about it, but no one says anything to the idiot holding the yorkie in her arms. Get a fucking life, people! No pets means exactly that!

I think those people should be educated in the definition of the word ‘species’.
One way would be to sick a huge dog on their precious little dog and see if they mate (and produce fertile offspring, of course).

perhaps people are afraid to say anything to some one who carries a dog around because they are not sure if it is a dog, or some sort of super intelligent animal that has taken command of the person and is being carried around because it has crazy magnificent powers.

That ‘barking cats’ crack just made me snort with laughter, nm. I’m actually divided on this one. I first got my Shih-Tzu when I was twelve, we brought him to a restaraunt because we couldn’t leave the poor thing home alone. We put him on the booth seat and he fell asleep, not moving an inch for the entire dinner. I almost thought he was dead. Some dogs behave very well in public, but others I simply want to backhand the owners for their blatant stupidity.
Why couldn’t you leave him home alone?

Love your pets all you want but they aren’t fucking humans and do not belong on your lap when you’re driving or in the grocery store or any number of other places.
