Thank you so much for charging me for all those parking tickets for that woman who stole my license plate, and thank you to the Police for not reporting the plate stolen when I called months ago. Thank you tax commission for charging me 780 dollars tax for a 2005 Impala with 378 thousand kilometers that used to be a taxi and was worn completely out, which I don’t even own anymore and cost me 1000 dollars! And to my insurance company, thank you so much for taking my 1300 dollars a year and making me pay to get my car fixed after someone ran a red light and smashed into the side of my car, what a scam!

I have always been a good safe driver – nobody gets in my car without a seat belt, I have never had points of my license, and my vehicles are always safe (btw Nova Scotia your MVI is the biggest joke in the country Hmm, conflict of interest getting a paid mechanic who obviously benefits if your car needs repairs to do a government inspection AHAHAHAHAHAHHA).

Hey morons, corruption isn’t supposed to be obvious! Well don’t worry all you greedy fucks will be dancing with satan soon enough! For stealing and greed are the biggest sins of them all in practically every religion!—Taking the bus

  1. After reading your post twice, I am still not quite sure exactly what happened. However, I am sorry for your situation (sounds like a case of government service gone wrong, which I totally sympathize with you for), and I suggest you condense your story into two or three sentences and post it on fmylife.com.

  2. You sound like you have some bad luck going on there!

I certainly hope you are not going to pay the parking fines since you reported the plates stolen. It is not your responsibility to make sure the cops communicate with Securit-ass and to make sure Securit-ass alerts their minions to look out for license plate ABC 123.

  3. Get some empathy mate, generators and Bar Association fees don’t grow on trees y’know.

  4. Wait a minute, you reported the plate theft to the police but you should have also called Access Nova Scotia as well. The cops simply take a resport on stolen vehicles or in this case the place, but it wouldn’t get into ANS’s system until the vehicle went up for auction.

As for the tickets charged to your stolen plate, get a copy of the police report and take it to ANS to appeal the money you paid. If you can prove the plate wasn’t on the vehicle then you shouldn’t be liable. But then again you should have reported the stolen plate to ANS at the time it went missing.

  5. VOR’s got it right, it’s a bit of leg work, but ti should get you some of your cash back.

MVI’s annoy me too, but as long as you know a few things about what could pass/fail you for an inspection, you can protect yourself from less that honest mechanics. It’s not that hard.

  6. takjing the bus hey, let’s just hope you don’t turn out to be an asshole like the poster following this.

  7. oh and by the way o.p., i don’t dance with all the lost souls that come to me, just the eternally damned ones, like lawyers and polititions. get it straight here.

  8. What the OP is saying is impossible. You CANNOT be charged parking tickets given that the ticketing officer also records the make/model/color of the vehicle. Just another troll bitching about something they are guilty of. The DMV replaces stolen plates at a discounted price if you call and go in.
