I see that Pravda here has taken it upon themselves to be censoring harsh but otherwise valid crticism. Apparently my comments denouncing the drivel that is the “Tourism Manners 101” farticle, must have hurt someones feelings… Boo hoo.

My comment which was deleted was critical of (1) the waiters whining about having to humour tourists, and (2) the writing quality of the article…

Ha ha, “farticle”! Its funny because its true! For the most part The Coast has good stuff but then some bad stuff seeps in, like that Anti-DriveThru farticle that their enviro-nazi did awhile back (and the anti-no-tipping-tourist one, that reeked)
I’m interested to know what Floyd actually wrote. All the comments on that article are basically disagreeing with what the author wrote. It couldn’t have been so bad that it needed to be deleted.
If it weren’t for the members on this site, thecoast.ca would be a dead zone. If I remember correctly Floyd has been here a long time, hardly a “troll” Loukas. Don’t get so teary eyed.
I think I remember his comment and it was critical, but appropriate.

How about this bitchers: maybe a pulled comment could be see as a form of “harsh but otherwise valid criticism” I had to do it Floyd, just to teach you lesson, a hard but valid lesson in politeness. And you’ve learned: you cleaned up your critique in when you re-iterated your complaint in this thread. It sounds downright civilized the way you describe it here!
