Loved ‘Family Skating Event’ at the Oval. A few props to the mascots:
Dal Tiger, your thumbs-up was a friendly standard and your relaxed demeanour was calming in the beehive of the free-hot chocolate-fuelled kids’ zone.
Mooseheads’ Hal, whatever you are, your avuncular affability made you pleasant enough, and I liked your post-fireworks dance moves along with Dal Tiger.
But Husky, you had the hutzpah. The only mascot on skates and dancing while doing the rounds. Nice. —Sipper on the Sidelines

sounds great but shouldn’t all the mascots be on blades?
I imagine skating in a mascot outfit would be quite difficult.
true, but if i could skate, i would wear one. if you fell there would be some padding
basic skating wouldn’t be that difficult…
staking well would be though.
since mascots are supposed to be funny and entertaining,
yes, they should all be on skates regardless of ability.
you sure it was the DAL tiger and not one of the Giant variety?
Giant Tiger would kick Dal tiger’s ass… hump it into submission, slice it’s throat with a skate, and ‘finish’ on it’s necrophalic belly.
i know snubiz likes the oval, perhaps we can convince her to wear it
