Do you have any fucking idea how much my buddy liked you? After going on a few dates with you, he would not stop talking about you… I’ve never seen him so happy in a long time. I didn’t know you personally, but my friend went on and on about you as if you were ‘the one’, said you were so beautiful and that you seemed to enjoy hanging out at pubs with him.
Then he tells me after some dates, you sleep with him. Several weeks goes by and my buddy doesn’t see you. He tells me you’re working overtime a lot. He tried several times to meet up with you again, but you gave him the same fucking excuses.
The other day, I suggested that he invite you to come out for my b-day. It was then, like 2 months after you sleep with him, that you ended it with him! You told him it wasn’t working out! He’s absolutely devastated!

Your friend hadn’t seen the girl in two months and still thought they were together? She definitely should have said something after the obviously awkward and bad sex, but the fact that your friend couldn’t get the hint isn’t the fault of the girl. You never said they were officially “going out”, just dating. So I don’t see how you can call her “maniulative” when she was ignoring him for two months. Maybe she was actually working a lot and didn’t have time to be someone’s girlfriend. Chill!

It’s not as if guys do the same thing. Also you buddy has t get control of his emotions. Three dates and he’s madly in love? I doubt it. Sounds more like he love getting it and made more of it than it was.

This happened to me except I’m not sure if it was a mutual ‘I dont want to see you anymore’.
We went on a few dates, did it (they waited a week to contact me after…) then asked to see me again. I said I was busy, they said they were going away for a week. End of story- haven’t heard from them since.
