IMO, anyone on a motorbike or bicycle should invest in a $50-$150 video camera. Helmet mounted.

Crayon, I doubt the OP could get the license plate number do to he/she fell down and wasn’t expecting this to happen.
I don’t travel that route, is there possibly cameras set up there that the police could check, might be a long shot but it’s something to look into.
I heard this from an RCMP Officer handling my case and I quote “driving in Halifax gives me the heebie jeebies” and feels based on driving all over Canada that “NS is the worst place to drive”.
