yea have you ever been in TO at the end of july w/o air not nice; and i’m in Van. and it’s sunny but cold; and finally the sept. ’09 that i spent in Hali. has got to rate as some of the nicest weather i’ve ever expierenced and i’ve been coast to coast and in between 🙂

Oddly, I found it more bearable in Ontario in the summer than Halifax (outside weather) even though it was hotter than the hinges of hell in Ontario….of course I had central a/c so that was nice, but going outside, I remember not being bothered by the heat, but the next summer in Hfx I HATED it.
Maybe it’s the type of heat? Though it can get pretty humid in parts of Ontario….

Hay, OP, don’t you find you have to shower more in the summer in Toronto? There’s so much smog sometimes that you can go out for 5 minutes and come home completely covered in scuz. Whenever I go there, my showering/day at least doubles, and whenever I land back in Halifax, I can smell the difference in the air as soon as I step outside the airport. You don’t realize how great our air really is here in NS until you go to a major metropolis like Toronto.

This weather is fantastic… I was out TANNING yesterday. I couldn’t do that in Ontario this time of year when I lived there (Feb-May)
