Traffic sucks, and every year it gets better in January when students flunk out of their school. And, others have switched to the bus because they have used up too much of their student loans. —Waiting

  1. Must be nice to have money after paying tuition, books, accommodations, etc. then buying a car, insurance, fuel and upkeep. Clock is ticking… January will be no different for traffic other than drivers who have no business pretending to drive.
