I’ve got a lot of respect for the women who work in Halifax’s only skin joint—however I couldn’t believe my ears when the day manager (who’s always got this greasy appearance, like you’ve caught him in the middle of wanking) tore a strip out of one of the dancers for NOT taking clients from the bar home with her, or giving out their real numbers and making an effort to do more than dance for them. This is unbelievable! And it took a lot of effort on my part to not step in and yell at him for making her cry because she wouldn’t take home strangers from the bar she worked at…I have no idea where in the job description of “stripper” that “unpaid escort” comes into play, especially if that girl has a boyfriend of her own. I think its downright dirty, those girls have to put up with enough crap as it is, and adding that to the pile?! Thank god I only serve, how long before I’m supposed to bed randoms with thick wallets…ugh. No hope for the human race, well at least that guy. -Pizza Troll Not A Bedroom Troll!

I’m with op. not all dancers are prostituting, nor should they be expected to. it’s a high paying job for a woman. inhibitions left at home will allow you to take your clothes off in front of strangers, but that doesn’t include abandoning one’s morals or ethics.

LOL either this is fake or you’re a hermit.. I am a dancer. I have danced for over 6 years now. Do you really believe that we make our money from actually stripping? None of us look good enough to make 1500 – 2 grand a week.. We make our cash from oral sex and full sex and the odd person who gets a lapdance because he doesn’t know he can ask for more.. We are prostitutes who show ourselves onstage instead of on backpage..

feel the need to add to my earlier comment. when I said ‘doesn’t include abandoning one’s morals or ethics’ I meant that if a person wanted to work as a dancer but not to also offer sex that is their moral/ethical choice, and that just by working as a dancer it does not take away their right to freely choose what else to do or not do.
