Sadly, the “median bum” practice remains legal. Back in the fall of ’07, Rocket Rodney copped out and only prohibited “people from stopping, attempting to stop or approaching a vehicle to offer, sell or provide any commodity or service to, or solicit people in a vehicle…” or something like that – either way, bumming with signs appears to remain legal.
I keep a rotten cup of coffee and pennies wedged into my cup holder for the assholes that don’t take no for an answer. It doesn’t smell anymore (thank god) but hell it would be absolutely awful to be covered in that shit.
