I’m fed up of working for you, you emotionless, micro-managing execu-droid pos. Its obvious to everyone that that you don’t care of the conseqences of your actions. You may have a big brain, but you have no soul. Your team won’t let you lead them much longer.

  1. I, too, work for a micromanaging twit who has managed to alienate every person in my office. He thinks it’s 1950 or something, he has to be absolute overlord over every minute detail – I always thought management was about delegating work, not making up ridiculous, petty schoolroom rules that make us all crazy. I wish to fuck he’d go implode somewhere.

  2. I’m so glad I’ve managed to break free from my own micro-managing execu-droid.

    I think I had version 2.0,
now with longer battery life, much less computational power and 25 extra ways to annoy the piss outta ya.

  3. I love the restaurant owner of where I work expects managers/supervisors to cut labour AND for everything to still run smoothly. Insufficient labour + Busy restaurants= Overworked employees= Low Quality Service (slower, more mistakes)= Pissed off customers= Lost sales to competition in the long-run! Why can’t he comprehend that?

  4. Selina,
your situation is not unique in any way.
I expect much more bitches in the coming months about how wait times have increased and quality of service is poor in pretty much every area. Everyone’s cutting jobs/cutting corners/cutting their wrists trying to stay afloat.

Ultimately it’s the employees that get hit daily…but it’s not your entire business/(hopefully) livelihood that’s at stake.
They have much more invested, especially when it’s the smaller places/businesses/establishments.
try to keep that in mind as well.

  5. I’m convinced that 87% of management executives contain Nazi-like tendencies. If worst comes to worse, blackmail with a rape/sexcapade allegation. Works 60 percent of the time, every time.
