The psychiatric report never lies.
They Can and Do.
Can you prove that? Support your assertions or remain silent.
I have worked in youth work/community services, and I will attest to the fact that psychological and/or psychiatric reports can sometimes be incomplete and/or inaccurate.

My final comment was deleted but I don’t know why. I claimed that psychiatric reports don’t lie (07/11, 9:32AM); ohhappy claimed they do but gave no evidence in support ((10:01AM); The Angel of the Tarsands claimed that they are sometimes incomplete or inaccurate (3:54PM); I claimed that being incomplete or inaccurate is not the same as lying. That was my only point.
