I was trying to tolerate your general failure to clear the snow/ice from my side street, I was almost not bothered too badly…
But why in the fuck did you have to ruin the ONLY sleep in day I had in the last two weeks?? By sending a bunch of trucks, tractors, and a backhoe to finally get off your ass and clear this shit that been there for almost a week?? at fucking 7 AM?!? AND, every time I get infuriated enough to look out my window, all I can see is idling heavy machinery!

Oh fuck me no, SEVEN AM. They are clearly out to get you by starting work at an acceptable time of day. Try it past midnight, I did, and was happy they were clearing it, FINALLY.
OP, ever think that others on your side street WERE bothered badly by the lack of snow removal? Perhaps older people who have a hard time getting around, or physically disabled people in wheelchairs/walkers? Maybe people with strollers?
While I’d probably be annoyed in your situation, you gotta kinda take what you can get snow-removal-wise in this city.
