To the driver of the #68 yesterday afternoon. If the driver of the #61 told me that you were going to be so rude to me when he told me to ask you to show me where to get off in order to get to the bowling ally; I would not have asked you. Your rudeness again while I was getting off the bus (thanks to a fellow very polite passenger) was uncalled for. I was right, you are an asshole.
I am just sorry the you got me that upset I called you an asshole in earshot of the little boy whose mom was kind enough to give me directions. —Ozzy

  1. on the bright, the asshole in this story is in the minority. sorry you let yourself sink to his level by cursing at him aloud. in customer service I learned to kill assholes with kindness. it’s much more effective in mirroring to the asshole how much of a dick he’s being. in any case, I’m sure the lady would accept your apology and hopefully it never happens again.

  2. why not….

The Dude: You brought the fuckin’ Pomeranian bowling?

Walter Sobchak: What do you mean brought it bowling, Dude? I didn’t rent it shoes. I’m not buying it a fucking beer. He’s not taking your fucking turn, Dude.

The Dude: Man, if my fuckin’ ex-wife asked me to take care of her fuckin’ dog while she and her boyfriend went to Honolulu I’d tell her to go fuck herself.

  3. LOL….you get what you pay for OB. Ever notice all those cars ads in the paper? Take the hint that Metro Transit wants you to buy a car.

  4. Well if you asked to be dropped off at the Bowling Ally no wonder he didn’t do it right, perhaps if you’d asked for the Bowling Alley things would have been ok?

  5. OP, I spoke with the driver on #68, he tells me that you tried to give him 3 looneys and wanted change, when he said no, you swore at him.

  6. I would love to hear the other side of this story from the bus driver. I have a feeling there are 2 sides to this one. Just sayin…

  7. Not cool OP – Sorry for your burgandy day and I hope that bowling was cosmic. Bus drivers are usually really nice and patient about guiding people where they have to go. I have never one be rude to someone before, but I don’t take the 68 either.
