I’m sure that this has been said a hundred times. But, whatever.

To those fuckers who come to visit people who live in the building, park in the space of whomever you’re visiting. NOT MY SPACE. I don’t care if someone is already in the space you intended to park your shit beater in. You don’t live here. Park your shit ass Honda on the street. I pay to live here, cocksucker. Fuck right out of my parking space.

The parking in the lot is tight as it is – you don’t need to come in and screw it up like the cunt you obviously are.

There’s been notes left on the window of those who participate in this behaviour – many of the residents have done it. I’ve had enough of playing nice.

  1. I blame the parking ban for this… there was one time when I came home later in the evening and there was someone in my spot. I lost it and had the landlord have the car towed… The person who owned the vehicle had the nerve to show up at my doorstep and complain about having pay 85 bucks for the tow charge plus impound charges. It’s an effective deterrent when used, I find. Hasn’t happened since either. I don’t pay a surcharge on my rent for someone to take advantage of it.

  2. Park next to the car in my space? Can’t. Due to the fact that that is another person’s place and I’m not a jackass.

  3. If the spot is a documented designated spot for you and your unit you can have them towed at their own expense. Someone was parking in the underground garage in someone else’s spot in my building and the super put up a note that said move your car by the end of the day or your ass is getting towed (at your own expense).

I’d call the towing company every time it happens and get them towed. That’ll learn those inconsiderate fucks. Don’t let people like that get away with that shit because if they’re doing it to you, they’re doing it to others as well!

  4. You don’t know it’s me for sure doing it there bud.

It only happens at the weekend – shall call the super next time it happens. Watch the car get towed, hopefully all the way out to Prospect. Bonus mileage charges.

  5. Take a video and post it on youtube. bonus points for getting the fucktard who owns the car’s reaction on camera.

    haha.

  6. I blame the building owners…
and this is a good bitch as it pisses me off to no end.
We had an issue with weather near Christmas time and had others stay with us but our building has ZERO visitor parking. We pleaded for a spot but had to be out of it by 7:30 am so I had to get up and move in onto the street at 7 so I wasn’t towed by the building or ticketed by the city. That is Fucked.
save some spots for visitors… it’s inevitable people are going to have company. And not 0-4 spots for 120 apartments… Or make the spots we pay for bigger so you can possible cram the company’s car with yours somehow. Parking is always a nightmare here.
