Shoptalk has learned that Joanna Galipeau, owner of the popular downtown boutiques Sweet Pea (1542 Queen Street, 423-0975) and Twisted Muse (Above Mills at 5486 Spring Garden Road, 446-3662) is planning her third enterprise. The as yet unnamed new boutique will be a shoe store, adjacent to Twisted Muse on the second floor of Mills. Look for it to open on February 1, 2011.
