- Spring 2010 looks from BB Dakota & Jack
Great news for fans of Sweet Pea (1542 Queen Street, 423-0975): owner Johanna Galipeau is opening a second boutique in the soon-to-be opened retail space above Mills on Spring Garden, joining Daily Grind newsstand. Galipeau refers to Twisted Muse as Sweet Pea’s “alter ego”—-less girly dresses, more rock ’n’ roll. She’ll be carrying “edgier” pieces from many of the same brands, including Pink Martini, BB Dakota & Jack, plus some vintage items picked up on her buying trips. Best of all, Katrina Tuttle, who designs an exclusive line for Sweet Pea, will also be creating a Twisted Muse collection.
