Shoptalk reported that a fire had closed Mills (5486 Spring Garden Road, 429-6111) as well as new boutqiue <b.Twisted Muse upstairs. Well, we’ve now heard that Mills intends on reopening the beauty department on Thursday (tomorrow) and apparel on Friday. No info yet on Twisted Muse.
