To the editor,
You’ve had your turn with “Halifixes ’08,” now here are my thoughts on three things that would change Halifax:
1. Mass transit(rail) to/from
Bedford and Timberlea.
2. A prohibition, during summer and fall, of vehicular traffic on some downtown streets, like Barrington.
3. Political leadership.
Because of a severe lack of item #3, I don’t see anything of a transforming nature
happening.
