Three weeks after an electrical fire spread through the building housing Top Cuts (5688 Spring Garden), the little hair salon that could reopened its doors on May 15 in their new Dresden Market location (1535 Dresden).
“We’re right across from Premier Wines & Spirits,” says manager John Campbell. “It’s great. It’s a smaller space that’s more conducive to what we’re doing. Our clients love it. We’re not in the basement anymore.”
After getting all dolled up at their new above street level salon – perhaps grab a bottle of Pinot Noir to celebrate your great new do. Who says vanity isn’t worthy of celebration?
