Sloan, the band that can be blamed for most of that Halifax-next-Seattle stuff in the ’90s, just confirmed it’s coming to town to play LCDapalooza September 23. (Also secured on the bill are the Rolling Stones and Alice Cooper; stilll rumoured are Nickelback and Great Big Sea.) The gig coincides with the Sept. 19 release of Sloan’s new album Never Hear The End Of It.
