It is hard to believe that after all the consultation and the consensus among stakeholders, the province can pretend to have any coherent reason for not creating an energy efficiency agency for DSM. The Coast dropped the ball by not getting someone from EAC, which took leadership on this issue, to comment on the article. Time to get moving and get this done already!Best,Piotr L.
